GlowAfrique

Shipping Policy

GlowAfrique offers free delivery on orders of 45,000 XOF or more. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown in checkout when it is configured. If a fee cannot be calculated, checkout will ask you to contact us before the order can be placed.

Delivery availability, the destination details, and the current estimated delivery date are confirmed during checkout or by our team. An order confirmation means the order was received; it does not mean a Wave payment screenshot has been verified.

Please provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address or contact detail needs correction.
